A bit about me...
Hi, I'm Georgina
I’ve been curious about meditation for a long time. In fact, I recently rediscovered a small book on meditation that I bought while travelling more than 20 years ago. It’s followed me from house to house ever since.
But for many years, my own practice was… sporadic at best. I’d go away on annual rest-and-recharge weekends, come home feeling renewed, promise myself that this time I’d meditate every day — and then life would take over again.
As the years went on, navigating life as a mum to a young child, running my own business, and emerging from what felt like endless lockdowns, I realised I needed something more. Something to help me not just get through the day, but actually enjoy it. Something supportive, grounding, and manageable in the small pockets of time I had.
So I came back to meditation — gently, simply — with a 10-minute morning mantra practice. And honestly, the impact was bigger than I expected. Something shifted. I began to feel calmer, more centred, more capable and content in myself.

That’s when I started learning more. I discovered just how many different types of meditation there are, and how deeply they can support us — easing stress and anxiety, strengthening the brain, relaxing the body, and opening up more joy and presence in everyday life. It became a genuine fascination.
This journey led me to complete an in-depth teacher training course with the British School of Meditation… and to create Meditation & Me, so I can help you create a meditation practice to suit you and help you find your calm.
